Stale to say the least, where this one breaks from the norm is the narrative that flows through the book, there's and overwhelming positivity and humour in the authors words that you can't help but enjoy..... This book really has been written from experience and the bullet point review at the end of each chapter helps to summarise the content that you have just covered......
